Baby’s First Halloween Crafts

Baby’s first Halloween spins the holiday from spooky to oh-so-cute. It’s a fun time of first costumes, tiny treat bags, and family photos. Here are a few quick and easy projects to help make baby’s first Halloween memorable!

The project includes one heat-transfer iron-on image to create a cute Halloween one-piece for baby. Find it in Design Space.
Materials:
- Cricut Explore® machine
- Cricut Design Space™ software
- Cricut 12” x 12” StandardGrip mat
- Cricut Iron-on in Black
- Cricut Iron-on in Gold Glitter
- Cricut Iron-on in Silver Glitter
- One piece bodysuit for baby
- Iron
- Ironing board or pad
Instructions:
- Cut the file on the Cricut Iron-on, being sure to mirror the image before cutting. Cut the ghost with Cricut Iron-on in Silver Glitter, the bow with Cricut Iron-on in Gold Glitter, and the words with Cricut Iron-on in Black.
- Iron the image on the bodysuit as instructed in the Cricut Iron-on packaging.

Materials:
- Cricut Explore® machine
- Cricut Design Space™ software
- CCricut 12” x 12” StandardGrip mat
- Cricut Iron-on in Black
- Cricut Iron-on in White
- One-piece bodysuit for baby
- Iron
- Ironing board or pad
Instructions:
- Cut the file on the Cricut Iron-on, being sure to mirror the image before cutting. Cut the ghost with Cricut Iron-on in White and the words with Cricut Iron-on in Black.
- Iron the image on the bodysuit as instructed in the Cricut Iron-on packaging.

This Design Space project includes a 1st Halloween printable image to print on Cricut Printable Vinyl. Use the sticker as a keepsake, on photo frames, on a bodysuit, or a Halloween treat bag.
Materials:
- Cricut Explore® machine
- Cricut 12” x 12” StandardGrip mat
- Cricut Printable Vinyl
- Cricut transfer paper
- Home printer
Instructions:
- Print the file on the Cricut Printable Vinyl with your home printer according to the instructions within Cricut Design Space.
- Follow the instructions within Cricut Design Space to cut the sticker.
- Apply the sticker to the desired surface using transfer paper.

This cute Halloween project includes one photo mat layout for a 12” x 12” cardstock piece.
Materials:
- Cricut Explore® machine
- Cricut 12” x 12” StandardGrip mat
- Cricut 12” x 12” Cardstock in white
- Cardstock in orange
- Cardstock in black
- Cardstock in green
- 12” x 12” frame
- Cardstock adhesive
Instructions:
- Cut the file on the Cricut Cardstock. Cut the pumpkin in orange, the stem in green, and the flourishes and letters in black.
- Use an adhesive to attach the elements to the white cardstock.
- Add photo with adhesive.
Optional: If you know the size of the photo that will be used, you can add an opening for that in the pumpkin before cutting with your Cricut machine.

I am planning on making Pretty Little Ghoul, but have had to SLICE the bow from the ghost, as you aren’t supposed to layer glitter onto glitter. Am I right? I’m pretty new to Cricut, but all the tutorials I’ve watched tell us this.
Please let me know.

Hi. Yes, glitter should be the top layer, so you would want to slice if you used 2 glitters.
