T-Shirts That Are More U

April 22, 2016 • Contributor: Scarlet Letters Copywriting

Here at Cricut, our staff gets easily excited coming up with inspiring ideas to share. But even more, we love seeing what you come up using our Cricut machines and tools! So when we created a t-shirt contest for some of our most popular bloggers and brand partners, we knew the results were going to be fabulous. What we didn’t expect was how talented and completely out-of-the-box those entries would be. They all had early access to our new “Trendy T-Shirts” cartridge, and we think you’ll agree that the results were amazing. After a very difficult judging process, we’re thrilled to show off the contest winners as judged by those of us at Cricut. Of course, we couldn’t pick just one. And what’s even more exciting… these winners are all available to be made on Cricut Access!

A drumroll please….

This stunning Earth Day elephant shirt has such a gorgeous design that it puts us in the mood of far-off lands and exotic travels. The Slice tool made applying the Gold Iron-On Foil a breeze for that perfect touch of shimmer.

  1. Does anyone know how to cut a word out of a state. For instance, if I had a Texas and want to cut home out of it. Thank you!

    • You could do this by using the Slice function. This tutorial goes into detail on how to perform this function. Make sure that you are only working with two layers at a time to make this work and see the special hint for text. Hide the words that are cut out if you don’t want to print them also.
