4 Creative Last Minute Homemade Gift Ideas for Mom

May 6, 2020 • Contributor: Cricut Blog Team

Mother's Day is just around the corner, and if you're like us, you're looking to get extra crafty this year with homemade gifts that will make mom feel special. Many of us are still at home and looking for ways to use materials from around the house. We'll also show you ways to turn something old into something new that mom will love.

One of our favorite Cricut crafters, Randy Wood of Dad Can Make It, came up with several amazing DIY ideas we think will show mothers everywhere how much we love them.

Randy advises, "When thinking about what to make the mom in your life, remember what her passions are, what makes her 'her.' It's also great to find ways the family can get involved with the gift."

Whether you're looking to make a simple card or take it a step further with an at-home spa kit, Dad Can Make It shows us how to recreate these magical Mother's Day gifts. Grab your Cricut, or scissors, and let's learn how to make these heartfelt, homemade projects just for mom.
