Kindness is contagious. Pass it on with your #CricutBeKind story.

It’s back-to-school season. Kids have their supplies packed, lunch boxes in-hand, and they’re ready to face a new school year. While the anticipation builds for what the school year will bring, they can also experience anxiety when it comes to making friends or feeling included in different groups.

"I Will Be Your Friend"

We’ve seen incredible stories of how our Cricut members are tackling the topic of inclusion among kids. That brings us to Nikki Rajahn, and her son Blake, who made a T-shirt for Blake’s first day of school that truly created a movement.

You can check out more on Nikki's amazing story and business, Unfading Adornments, on Facebook!

We love what Nikki and so many others are using Cricut for to inspire positivity in schools and in communities. It got us thinking, what else can we do to help those making an impact create more?

#CricutBeKind Challenge

That's why we're excited to introduce the #CricutBeKind challenge – a new initiative all about making projects with words of encouragement to share with your classmates, teachers, friends, neighbors and family. Our goal is to put a stop to bullying by encouraging everyone to create positive, kind projects.

You can join the challenge on our Facebook or Instagram right now! 100 Cricut members will have the chance to win an EasyPress 2 (6”x7”), materials bundle (including Infusible Ink), and 2 Cricut T-shirt blanks so you can make a positive T-shirt for you and someone else in your life – maybe your child’s teacher or someone who deserves a personalized gift.

To get you started, we’ve made more than 50 Be Kind images free in Design Space through the month of October. Here are some awesome projects to inspire you on what you can make using these images:
